Color matching experiment
on the sRGB gamut in typical web viewing environment for ~2° apparent size sample
Thank you for your participation! Take your time to try matching the reference colour as precisely as your eyes can see. You can take the test as many times as you'd like. Please try to be as careful as possible. Note however that the result doesn't need to be perfect, just try to get as close to the same colour as possible in a reasonable time (~10 seconds).

The goal of this experiment is to measure the precision of our perception of colours, in a typical web / screen watching environment. It is a rough attempt at reproducing the MacAdam ellipses result from 1942, for a more web-oriented approach, in the sRGB gamut.
